Delete Your Ntempa Business Account
How Ntempa Business operators can request account deletion, what the process removes, and which records may need to be retained.
Effective date: August 18, 2026
This page applies to operator accounts in the Ntempa Business mobile app. It explains how a business owner, admin, manager, or Team Member can request deletion or de-identification of their operator account and associated personal account data.
Account deletion is a verified support process. We verify the requester's identity and authority before removing access or changing data so that another person cannot delete an account without permission.
1. Request Deletion In The App
Sign in to the Ntempa Business app and follow the path for your role:
- Business owners and admins: open Settings, find the Account section, and select Request Account Deletion.
- Managers and other Team Members: open Profile, find the Account section, and select Request Account Deletion.
- Review the information on the Account Deletion screen, select Email Deletion Request, and send the prefilled request to Ntempa Support.
2. Request Deletion Without App Access
If you cannot sign in, email support@ntempa.com with the subject “Ntempa Business account deletion request.” Include your full name, the email address on the account, the business or company name, and your role. Do not send your password, verification code, or payment information.
3. What Happens Next
- Ntempa Support verifies your identity, account, company relationship, and authority to make the request.
- After approval, we delete or de-identify personal operator account information and remove account access within 30 days, unless a legal, security, or operational retention requirement applies.
- We may contact you through the account email address if more information is needed to verify or complete the request.
4. Data Deleted Or De-Identified
The approved request covers personal profile and account information used to identify and authenticate the operator, along with operator-specific data that is not required to preserve the company's records, security, legal obligations, or legitimate operational history.
5. Data That May Be Retained
Deleting an operator account does not automatically delete records that belong to the logistics company or other users. We retain only what is needed for the service, company operations, audits, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations.
- Shipment, customer, recipient, billing, audit, tax, dispute, and company-owned operational records may be retained for up to 7 years, then deleted or de-identified, unless a longer legal hold applies.
- Proof photos and delivery location snapshots are generally retained for up to 2 years unless needed for a dispute, claim, audit, fraud-prevention review, or legal hold.
- Push and in-app notifications are normally deleted after 30 days.
- Analytics may be retained in user-level form for up to 14 months. Aggregated or de-identified metrics may be kept longer because they no longer identify the operator.
